Works in progress - 2020-06

You'd think that with working from home for the last 4 months due to COVID-19, that I'd have got a lot of pedals build. Unfortunately, due to said virus, the postal services of the world haven't been super effective, which means a long wait for parts. Things that normally take 10 days to arrive have taken about 40 days.

So I've managed to get a lot of pedals to 'nearly finished, but waiting on parts'.

Underway I have a Glitchee, Honeydripper, Smoothie, Flabulanche and SnackShack from Madbean Pedals, and a Paperclip boost from Nucleon FX.

Presenting: The Wall of Missing Potentiometers.

While I waited for parts, I drilled a few enclosures for the Glitchee and the Honeydripper.

Another thing I've been working on is a custom enclosure - made from the shell of a computer harddrive. The plan is to put a drive circuit into it, because it's a hard drive. It's a well known fact that the best pedal concepts are based on Dad Jokes.

This is going to be a tight fit - the vertical height is only just enough to fit the jacks, and there is not enough height for a 3PDT stomp switch, so I'm going to have to use a momentary switch instead. The internal height is about 14mm at most, and less than that in some places.

Some adjustment was required with an angle grinder, to clear out various bits of the interior, and to make the jack a bit smaller.
